Eating a healthy diet is an important part of maintaining overall wellness. This includes consuming a variety of nutrient-dense foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. It's also important to limit processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive amounts of saturated and trans fats. Additionally, it's essential to pay attention to portion sizes, and to make sure to stay hydrated by drinking enough water.
